A Message From Your Principal
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. This is our fifth year together! Our school worked really
hard last year. Our iReady data showed really great gains in math and reading. We will continue to work
hard and play hard, especially with our new playground equipment! The teachers and staff at our school
have some big goals for this school year and we need your help more than ever. We will be sharing
student data and student goals with parents and guardians. This is going to be another big year of
growth!
We will continue to use Class Dojo as an easy form of communication. Teachers will also use the
behavior notification portion of the app as well. We will also be utilizing i-Ready to help us gather data
and give extra help on skills that students need extra help on.
I am looking forward to continuing to work with our Pecos Panther family. We have great things
planned to incorporate family and community into evening events throughout the school year. As

I am very happy to start the 2024-2025 school year at Pecos Elementary.
As the Pecos Elementary School Counselor, I believe that all students can learn and
grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We, as part of this educational family,
must work together to actively engage children, families, and community members.

achievement, and ensuring success.

Estoy muy feliz de comenzar el año escolar 2024-2025 en la Primaria de Pecos.
Como Consejera de la Escuela Primaria Pecos, creo que todos los estudiantes pueden
aprender y crecer académica, social y emocionalmente. Nosotros, como parte de
esta familia educativa, debemos trabajar juntos para involucrar activamente a los
niños(as), las familias y los miembros de la comunidad.
